Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if:

• you have expressly requested and consented that Solacio begins providing the digital content before the withdrawal period expires;
• you have acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once performance begins; and
• Solacio has begun performance of the contract.

Performance begins when Solacio begins generating and making available your personalised Certificate of Release.
